Entry Fee: $ 30.00 until 12/08, $35 after and onsite

Onsite Registration from 9am-9:45 am (Onsite Reg may have a 1pt bye round 1)

US Chess Rules apply, Notation Not Required (though advised), Players "cupping" pieces may be called for touch move.
