*All camps are 1 week long, Monday-Friday, and divided into 1 hour sessions per age group.

Camps are held in 3 age groups:

Ages 5-8 at 9AM-10AM

Ages 9-12 at 10AM-11AM

Ages 13+ at 11AM-12PM

Pots and Pans Rhythm Camps: June 22-26, July 20-24

Pots & Pans Rhythm Camp - Percussion Ensemble

Goals: Count & Play Rhythms, Learn Basic Percussion Technique, Ear Training

This creative ensemble will focus on studying the art of rhythm and timing through the use of everyday items as percussion instruments. Students will create and perform two complete ensemble compositions; one with a kitchen theme using common household items as instruments, and the second will be a garage theme using tools and common items found in a workshop.
